Travel grants are provided by the Australia New Zealand Sleep Science Association (ANZSSA) to eligible members to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). The total amount of funding is limited and so applications will be approved and prioritised by the ANZSSA executive committee according to the eligibility and selection criteria.
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed applications must be received by the ANZSSA secretariat on or before 9 July 2021
A one-page CV including years of relevant experience must also be enclosed
The applicant must be a current ANZSSA member and have been a member for more than 12 months
(up to $630 towards registration by reimbursement).
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must submit an abstract to the ASM
Funding will be made available once the abstract is submitted to and accepted by ASA/ANZSSA conference organisers
The applicant must present practice talk at ANZSSA virtual meeting (planned for the evening of September 29th)
(up to $210 towards registration by reimbursement)
Eligibility Criteria:
Available for members with less than 5 years’ of sleep science or related experience
The availability of other travel funding must be disclosed
Application must be supported by and eligibility verified by the Head of Laboratory / Department or equivalent

Successful recipients announced by 1st of August 2021
